Interpretation

The prior 9-unit RTI/redevelopment story is not clean based on public LADBS data. The main new-building permit and CofO were withdrawn/refunded. Many associated MEP/demo applications were withdrawn. The shoring/grading permit status discrepancy must be resolved before relying on any development value.
